This cooperation take place at two levels: in the area of project management we accompany you through all phases of a project from conception to implementation. Your portfolio is then continuously taken care of by our Service Management team. Service Management looks after the quality of the customer relationship. Within the framework of the so-called Service Control Boards, not only new projects but also changes to the existing portfolio (change requests) are identified and represented in calculable processes.

Our objective is to support you as much as possible in the attainment of your targets. To this purpose we rely on our long-standing experience in the medial environment. We are available to you as a sparring partner for questions of process design. We regard it as our task to make plausible the technical feasibility of your project and to advise you with regard to the relevant course of action in good time.

Professional Services regards itself as the interface between you as our client and the internal organisation. On the basis of your requests, Professional Services formulates and synchronises the appropriate know-how from our organisation in order to implement your project “in time and budget”. On this basis, we wish to accompany you with the attainment of your business objectives.
