We are a Duesseldorf-based company specialising in IT services for the media sector. Our service portfolio is divided into five service areas to support your business processes. All issues related to the publishing industry are addressed by ERP Services. Here you can find IT solutions for all questions involving commercial administration as well as marketing and sales support for advertising and sales markets.

The Media Services area specialises in the IT processes required for the creation of publications. This is where all services are provided which are required for content planning, research, development, refinement and publication. The final results are products such as newspapers, magazines and specialist publications which are passed on in digital form to be printed and conveyed to the reader with the help of the logistics systems of the publishing business.

The Online Services area designs, develops and operates innovative online services and portals. Our clients use this knowledge to invigorate their brands or to develop new digital areas of business. Our knowledge, however, is not only related to the products but is also used to examine how these new media can be produced and organised while making meaningful use of the existing processes.

In order to provide our services around-the-clock in the required quality, we operate two state-of-the-art computing centers. These computing centers are developed and operated by System Services. The experts from this area answer all questions about infrastructure and security. These include the management of telephone systems, networks, computing centres, workplace equipment and applications.

Our clients hire our products and services and can thus concentrate on their core business which is to increase the flexibility of efficient cost structures. The Professional Services area takes care of all client-related projects from conception to completion. As part of routine operations, Professional Services operates service management to avoid frictional loss. Professional communications structures are thus made available to our clients.
